If you are driving from the center of Caroni, head south on the Southern Main Road (Route 3) towards San Fernando. Continue on this road for approximately 15 km until you reach the roundabout near the highway. Take the second exit onto the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway (Route 2). Follow the highway for about 45 km, and then take the exit towards Tobago. After arriving in Tobago, follow the signs to Plymouth. Once in Plymouth, turn onto Commissioner Street, and the Courland Monument will be located at 66CC+3RJ on your right.

To reach the Courland Monument by public transportation, start at the Caroni bus terminal. Take a bus heading to San Fernando. Once in San Fernando, transfer to a bus that goes to Tobago. This may involve taking a ferry from Trinidad to Tobago; the ferry ride costs approximately $50 TTD. After arriving in Tobago, you can take a local taxi or bus to Plymouth. Inform the driver that you are going to Commissioner Street, where the Courland Monument is located at 66CC+3RJ. The taxi fare from the ferry terminal to the monument should be around $40 TTD.
