From Couva, head to the nearest bus stop and look for a bus heading towards Port of Spain. You can take the PTSC bus route that operates from Couva to Port of Spain. Once you're on the bus, make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to the Gasparee Caves. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Once in Port of Spain, you will need to take a taxi or another local bus to the ferry terminal for Gasparee Caves.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Couva to Port of Spain. Make sure to agree on a fare beforehand, as taxis in Trinidad and Tobago do not have meters. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Port of Spain, ask the driver to take you to the ferry terminal for Gasparee Caves.
