Walking
From the Couva Main Road, head towards the Couva Village Square. Once you reach the square, you will see the Couva Police Station. From there, take the road that leads towards Caparo Valley. Continue straight on this road until you reach the intersection with Brasso Road. Turn right onto Brasso Road and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. You will notice signs directing you to Lakeside Nature Reserve. The entrance will be on your left.

Public Transport (Bus)
Start at Couva Main Road and look for a bus heading towards Caparo Valley. These buses frequently run from the Couva Bus Terminus. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to Caparo Valley. Once you arrive in the Caparo Valley area, disembark when you see Brasso Road. Walk along Brasso Road for approximately 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for directional signs to Lakeside Nature Reserve, which will be on your left.

If you're up for a bike ride, start on Couva Main Road and head towards the Couva Village Square. Continue past the square and take the road leading towards Caparo Valley. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with Brasso Road. Turn right onto Brasso Road and cycle for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Look for the entrance to Lakeside Nature Reserve on your left.
