Getting There

    From the Couva Junction bus terminal, head south on Couva Main Road. Walk towards the intersection with Balmain Main Road. Turn right onto Balmain Main Road and continue walking until you see the sign for the National Cycling Centre, which is off the main road. The entrance is located about 500 meters down this road on the left side.

  • Bus

    At the Couva Junction bus terminal, look for buses heading towards Balmain. Once on the bus, inform the driver to drop you off at the junction for Balmain Main Road. From there, walk south on Balmain Main Road for about 500 meters until you reach the entrance to the National Cycling Centre on your left.

  • Bicycle

    If you're renting a bicycle, start from the Couva Junction area and ride south on Couva Main Road. Turn right onto Balmain Main Road. Keep riding straight until you spot the entrance to the National Cycling Centre on your left side, approximately 500 meters from the junction.
