Once in San Fernando, look for Palmiste Bend, which is a right turn off the Southern Main Road. Follow Palmiste Bend for about 500 meters, and Palmiste Park will be on your left.

From Couva, you can take a bus heading towards San Fernando. Board the bus at the Couva bus terminal. The bus will take you along the Southern Main Road. Inform the driver that you are going to Palmiste Park (or ask for the stop nearest to Palmiste Bend). The journey should take about 30 minutes.
