    If you are in Couva, start at the Couva Junction. Head east on the main road towards the intersection with the Southern Main Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with the Southern Main Road. Cross over to the Southern Main Road and take a left. Walk along the Southern Main Road for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the town of San Fernando. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Palmiste Park. Once in San Fernando, look for Palmiste Bend, which is a right turn off the Southern Main Road. Follow Palmiste Bend for about 500 meters, and Palmiste Park will be on your left.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    From Couva, you can take a bus heading towards San Fernando. Board the bus at the Couva bus terminal. The bus will take you along the Southern Main Road. Inform the driver that you are going to Palmiste Park (or ask for the stop nearest to Palmiste Bend). The journey should take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in San Fernando, walk to the Southern Main Road and head east until you reach Palmiste Bend. Turn right onto Palmiste Bend and continue for about 500 meters until you see Palmiste Park on your left.

    For a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Couva. When you get into the taxi, tell the driver you want to go to Palmiste Park in San Fernando.
