If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Mayaro. Head west on the Mayaro Road (also known as the SS Erin Road) towards the town of Rio Claro. Once you reach Rio Claro, continue on the SS Erin Road until you reach the junction with the Southern Main Road (also known as the Guayaguayare Road). Turn left onto the Southern Main Road and continue driving for about 30 minutes. After passing through the town of San Fernando, look for Palmiste Bend on your right. Palmiste Park is located at 6GWR+VFM, Palmiste Bend, San Fernando. There is parking available on-site.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Mayaro to San Fernando. Look for a bus heading towards San Fernando at the Mayaro bus terminal. The journey will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in San Fernando, you will need to take a taxi or a local minibus to Palmiste Park. Inform the driver that you want to go to Palmiste Bend. The taxi fare should be around TT$20 to TT$30.
