If you are driving, start from the center of Penal. Head southwest on the SS Erin Road (also known as the Southern Main Road) towards Rousillac. Continue on this road for approximately 8 kilometers until you reach a junction near Rousillac. Turn left onto the road leading towards Rousillac and follow the signs. After about 2 kilometers, you will see a sign for Aripero Wetlands. The entrance is located at the coordinates 6CHP+7FX, Rousillac. Parking is available nearby.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, head to the nearest bus stop in Penal. Look for a bus heading towards San Fernando that passes through Rousillac. The fare is typically around TT$5. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Rousillac junction. Once you disembark, walk approximately 2 kilometers southwest along the road until you reach a sign for Aripero Wetlands (6CHP+7FX, Rousillac). The walk will take about 20-30 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes.

If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Penal. You can easily find a taxi service in central Penal. The fare to Aripero Wetlands should range from TT$50 to TT$70 depending on the time of day and taxi service. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your trip.
