Car
From Pitch Lake, head southeast on La Brea Main Road. Continue on this road for approximately 5 km until you reach the junction at Rousillac. Turn left onto Rousillac Road and follow it for about 2 km. You will see signs for Aripero Wetlands. Continue straight until you reach the location marked as 6CHP+7FX in Rousillac. There is no charge for parking at the wetlands.

Public Transportation
From Pitch Lake, take a taxi or a minibus heading towards San Fernando. The fare is approximately $5 TTD. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Rousillac junction. From there, you can either walk to Aripero Wetlands (about 2 km) by following Rousillac Road or wait for another taxi to take you directly to the wetlands. It is advisable to confirm the fare with the driver before the ride.
