Car
From San Juan, head southwest on the Uriah Butler Highway (M2). Continue on the highway until you reach the exit for the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (M1) towards Port of Spain. Merge onto M1 and stay in the left lane to follow signs for Trinidad and Tobago. After approximately 10 minutes, take the exit toward Barataria. Follow the signs for Barataria and continue onto Cacandee Road. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Eastern Main Road. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers, then turn left onto La Seiva Road. La Seiva Pines will be located at MFXC+53, Petit Valley, on your left.

From San Juan, you can take a taxi or a maxi taxi (shared taxi) to Port of Spain. Once in Port of Spain, head to the bus terminal and look for a bus heading towards Petit Valley. The bus fare will typically cost around TT$3-5. Inform the driver that you're going to Petit Valley. Upon arrival at Petit Valley, disembark and ask locals for directions to La Seiva Pines, which is located at MFXC+53. It is approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the bus stop.
