Walking
From the center of Chaguanas, head west on the main road (Montrose Main Road) towards the Chaguanas Market. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with the Uriah Butler Highway. At the roundabout, take the first exit to merge onto the highway heading towards Port of Spain. After approximately 7 km, take the exit for Lady Young Road. Continue straight on Lady Young Road until you reach the junction with the Eastern Main Road. Turn left onto the Eastern Main Road and continue until you reach the entrance of the Royal Botanic Gardens, which will be on your left.
