Public Bus
From the center of Sangre Grande, head to the main bus terminal located on the eastern side of the town, near the market. Look for buses heading towards Port of Spain. The bus ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Inform the bus driver that you want to go to Fort George. Once you arrive in Port of Spain, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Fort George.

You can find a taxi at various locations around Sangre Grande, particularly near the market area. Negotiate the fare to Port of Spain, as taxis do not have fixed rates. Once you arrive in Port of Spain, you can ask the driver to take you to Fort George, which is located at MFQ5+858.

Walking
If you are already in Port of Spain, you can walk to Fort George. From the center of Port of Spain, head towards the Queen's Park Savannah. Continue walking northeast along Frederick Street until you reach the intersection with St. Ann's Road. Turn left onto St. Ann's Road and follow it uphill. Eventually, you will see signs directing you to Fort George. The walk will take about 30-40 minutes.
