If you are starting from Scarborough's main bus terminal, exit the terminal and turn left onto Main Street. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Fort Street. Turn right onto Fort Street and continue walking for another 300 meters. You will see the entrance to Scarborough Botanical Garden on your left, just before you reach the Gardenside Street junction.

From the Scarborough Market, head south on the Main Street towards Fort Street. Walk straight for approximately 600 meters. At the Fort Street intersection, turn left and proceed for about 300 meters. The Scarborough Botanical Garden will be on your left side, just before reaching Gardenside Street.

If you are at the Scarborough Esplanade, begin by walking north towards the town center. Once you reach Main Street, turn right. Continue on Main Street for about 400 meters, then turn left onto Fort Street. Walk along Fort Street for another 300 meters; the entrance to Scarborough Botanical Garden will be on your left before you get to Gardenside Street.

From the Tobago Museum, exit the museum and head southeast on King Street. After about 200 meters, turn right onto Main Street. Continue walking for 500 meters, then turn left onto Fort Street. The Scarborough Botanical Garden entrance will be on your left after 300 meters.
