Turn left onto Milford Road and continue walking until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with the Scarborough Market. Cross the road at the lights towards the market. Once you are at the market, continue straight onto St. James Street. Concordia Estate is located at 14 - 16 St Scarborough, which will be on your right side after a short walk.
