Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Scarborough, the capital of Tobago. Head northeast on the Claude Noel Highway (Route 7) towards the small village of Roxborough. Continue on Route 7 for about 30 minutes until you reach the junction at Roxborough. Take a right onto the Windward Road (Route 10) and follow the signs towards Charlotteville. After approximately 20 minutes, turn left onto Culloden Bay Road. Continue straight for about 5 minutes and you will reach Culloden Reef, which is located near the shoreline.

Public Transportation
For those using public transport, you can take a taxi or a shared maxi taxi from Scarborough to Roxborough. The fare is usually around $20 TTD. Once you reach Roxborough, look for a maxi taxi heading to Charlotteville. The fare for this leg of the journey is about $15 TTD. Upon reaching Charlotteville, you can hire a local taxi to take you to Culloden Reef for approximately $30 TTD. Make sure to inform the driver to drop you at Culloden Bay Road, where the reef is located.

If you are already in Charlotteville and prefer to walk, the Culloden Reef is approximately a 30-minute walk from the village. Start at the main road in Charlotteville and head northeast towards Culloden Bay Road. Follow the road along the coastline, enjoying the scenic views until you reach the reef area.
