For those using public transport, you can take a taxi or a shared maxi taxi from Scarborough to Roxborough. The fare is usually around $20 TTD. Once you reach Roxborough, look for a maxi taxi heading to Charlotteville. The fare for this leg of the journey is about $15 TTD. Upon reaching Charlotteville, you can hire a local taxi to take you to Culloden Reef for approximately $30 TTD.
