From Toco Lighthouse, head southeast on Lighthouse Road. Continue straight until you reach the Toco Main Road. Turn right onto Toco Main Road and follow it for approximately 10 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Grande Riviere. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the junction for Paria Main Road. Turn left onto Paria Main Road and continue driving until you reach the R2MG+V7G location for Saut Bay Waterfalls. Parking may be available nearby, but be aware that it can get crowded, especially on weekends.

From Toco Lighthouse, you can take a taxi or a maxi-taxi heading towards Grande Riviere. The fare should be around TT$20-30 per person. Once you reach Grande Riviere, you may need to hire a local taxi for the remaining distance to Saut Bay Waterfalls. Expect to pay an additional TT$50-100 for this short trip. Be sure to confirm with the driver that they know the location, as it can be tricky to find.
