If you're driving from St. George East, start by heading east on the Eastern Main Road (EMR) towards Sangre Grande. Continue on the EMR for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the Toco Main Road. Turn right onto Toco Main Road and drive for about 15 kilometers. Look for the 13 ¾ Mile Post on your left. Playa Del Este will be nearby. Ensure to check for parking availability upon arrival.

To reach Playa Del Este using public transportation, you can take a taxi or a maxi taxi from St. George East to Sangre Grande. The fare is approximately TT$10-20. Once in Sangre Grande, you will need to catch a taxi or maxi taxi heading towards Toco. Inform the driver you want to go to the 13 ¾ Mile Post on Toco Main Road. The fare for this leg of the journey is around TT$15-25. After you arrive at the 13 ¾ Mile Post, Playa Del Este will be a short walk away.
