If you're driving from Tunapuna-Piarco, start on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (also known as the Eastern Main Road). Head east towards Sangre Grande. Continue straight on this highway for approximately 30 km (about 18 miles). As you approach Sangre Grande, take the exit onto the Toco Main Road. Follow this road for about 20 km (approximately 12 miles) until you reach Paria Main Road. Turn left onto Paria Main Road, and Toco Beach will be located on your right side. Look for parking spaces available near the beach.
Public Transportation

To reach Toco Beach using public transportation, start by taking a taxi or a bus from Tunapuna to Sangre Grande. The fare for this trip typically ranges from TT$10 to TT$15. Once in Sangre Grande, look for a minibus heading towards Toco. These minibuses usually depart from the Sangre Grande taxi stand and will take you directly to Toco. The fare for the minibus ride is around TT$10. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Toco Beach. This journey should take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic.
Combination of Car and Taxi
