From Tunapuna, head to the Tunapuna Junction bus stop located on the Eastern Main Road. Look for a bus heading towards Arima or Sangre Grande. Ensure to ask the driver if they stop at Heights of Guanapo Road. The bus will take you along the main road, and you will need to get off when you reach Heights of Guanapo Road. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

You can also opt for a taxi from Tunapuna. Look for a 'maxi-taxi' (shared taxi) at the Tunapuna taxi stand. Request the driver to take you to Heights of Guanapo Road. This option is faster than the bus and will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Be prepared to share the ride with other passengers, but you can ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the Gorges.
