    If you are starting from the city of Kairouan, take the A1 highway heading north towards Tunis. Continue on the A1 for about 120 km. As you approach the outskirts of Tunis, follow the signs for La Marsa and Carthage. Exit onto the N9 road towards Carthage. After about 12 km, turn left onto Rue Hedi Zarrouk.
