Car
If you're traveling by car from the northern parts of the Cap Bon Peninsula (e.g., Nabeul), take the Route nationale 1 south towards Tunis. Continue on this road until you reach the outskirts of Tunis. Follow signs for the city center, and as you approach Tunis, keep an eye out for La Goulette Road (R52). Turn onto La Goulette Road and drive towards the coordinates R52P+3FP. Parking may be limited near 14th January Square, so consider parking in nearby public lots or streets and walking to the square.
Public Transportation
To reach 14th January Square using public transport, first locate a bus or louage (shared taxi) station in your area on the Cap Bon Peninsula. Buses from Nabeul and Hammamet to Tunis are frequent. Once you arrive at the Tunis bus station, you can either take a taxi or use the metro. If taking a taxi, simply ask the driver to take you to 14th January Square, providing the address R52P+3FP, La Goulette Rd. Alternatively, if you choose the metro, head to the nearest metro station and take Line 1 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Bab El Khadra' station, then walk south for about 10 minutes to reach the square.
