Make sure to drive carefully, as the roads can be narrow and winding.

    From the nearest major city, Gabes, catch a bus heading towards Matmata. The bus station is located in the center of Gabes. The journey takes about 1.5 hours and costs around 5 TND. Once in Matmata, find a local taxi or shared taxi (often called a 'louage') to Toujane. This taxi ride will cost approximately 10 TND and take around 30 minutes. Finally, hire a local taxi from Toujane to Jebel Dahar, which should cost about 15 TND and take 20 minutes.
