If you're driving, start from the town of Nefta, which is a central point in The Djerid. Head southeast on Route 16 towards the town of Bechri. After approximately 15 kilometers, look for the signs directing you to Zaouiet el Anes Hot Springs. The hot springs are located at the coordinates 33.7918375, 8.7895469. There is a parking area available near the entrance. Make sure to check your vehicle's condition, as some roads may be unpaved.

Public Transportation
To reach Zaouiet el Anes Hot Springs via public transportation, take a louage (shared taxi) from Nefta to Bechri. Louages leave from the main station in Nefta and the fare is approximately 5 TND. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Bechri, you may need to take a taxi or arrange for a local driver to take you the remaining distance to the hot springs, which is about 5 kilometers away. Be sure to negotiate the fare in advance, typically around 10-15 TND.

If you are already in Bechri and prefer walking, you can take a scenic route to the hot springs. From the center of Bechri, head southwest on the main road towards the hot springs. It’s a 5-kilometer walk that will take approximately 1 hour. The path is generally flat, but be prepared for some sandy areas. Make sure to carry water and wear comfortable shoes.
