Once you exit the station, turn left and walk along Avenue Moufida Bourguiba. Parc El Hadika will be on your right after approximately 10 minutes of walking.

From the city center, head to the bus station at 'Bab El Bhar'. Look for bus number 40 or 27, which both head towards 'Cité Ettahrir'. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Cité Ettahrir' stop. From there, walk along Avenue Moufida Bourguiba for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Parc El Hadika on your right.
