Getting There

  • Metro

    Start your journey by taking the Tunis Metro. Board the Metro Line 1 towards the Burj Khalifa station. Stay on the train until you reach the Carthage - Salammbo station. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Carthage - Salammbo, exit the metro station.

  • Walking

    From the Carthage - Salammbo station, head southwest on Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue du 2 Mars 1934. Turn left onto Rue du 2 Mars 1934. After about 500 meters, you will see signs directing you towards the Punic Ports of Carthage. The site is approximately a 10-minute walk from the metro station.

    Alternatively, after reaching Carthage - Salammbo station, you can take bus number 100 towards Carthage. Get off at the 'Carthage' stop. From there, walk along Rue du 2 Mars 1934 for about 5 minutes. The Punic Ports of Carthage will be on your right.
