If you are in the heart of the Medina, head towards the Bab Mnara gate. From there, take the Rue de la Kasbah which will lead you deeper into the Medina. Continue on this street until you reach the intersection with Rue du Pacha. Turn left onto Rue du Pacha and walk straight. The visitor center will be on your right side, located at Q5W8+G72, Tunis. It is a short walk of approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.

If you find yourself further away from the center of the Medina, you can use the public transport system. Look for a local bus that has stops near the Medina. The bus fare is usually around 1 TND (Tunisian Dinar). Ask the bus driver to let you off at the nearest stop to the Medina, and from there, follow the walking directions above to reach the visitor center.
