If you are starting from the Kavaklidere area, head west on Atatürk Boulevard (Atatürk Bulvarı) towards the direction of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM). Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the corner of Atatürk Boulevard and Tunalı Hilmi Street (Tunalı Hilmi Caddesi).

Once you reach Tunalı Hilmi Street, turn left and continue walking down the street. You will pass various shops and cafes. After around 5-10 minutes, you will come to a roundabout. Seğmenler Parkı is located just beyond this roundabout on your left-hand side.

Alternatively, if you prefer public transport, you can take the metrobus from the nearest metrobus station in Kavaklidere. Board the metrobus heading towards the Söğütözü direction. Get off at the 15 Temmuz Kızılay Milli İrade stop. From there, you can walk to Seğmenler Parkı by heading north on Atatürk Boulevard and following the directions mentioned earlier.
