If you are in the city center of Antalya, head towards the Hadrian's Gate (Hadrian Kapısı) which is a well-known landmark. From Hadrian's Gate, walk down to the main street (Atatürk Boulevard). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Mare Nostrum Hotel on your left. Turn left here onto Tuzkapısı Street (Tuzkapısı Sk.). Iskele Mosque is located at No:206 on this street. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to walk from Hadrian's Gate to the mosque.

From the main bus station (Otogar) in Antalya, take bus number 600 towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Müze' (Museum stop). From there, walk to the main entrance of the Antalya Archaeological Museum. Head towards the coast by walking west along the beach promenade (Konyaaltı Beach). Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Tuzkapısı Street. Turn right onto Tuzkapısı Street, and Iskele Mosque will be on your left at No:206. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes, and the walk from the museum should take another 10-15 minutes.
