    If you are in the central area of Bodrum, you can easily walk to Bodrum Castle. Start at the Bodrum Marina, which is a prominent landmark. From the Marina, head east along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end of the marina. Continue walking straight until you reach the main street (Kale Cd). Turn left and walk along Kale Cd for about 10 minutes. You will see the impressive Bodrum Castle on your right. It is well marked and hard to miss.

  • Public Bus

    If you're farther away from the center, you can take a public bus (Dolmuş) to the town center. Look for a Dolmuş heading towards 'Bodrum Çarşı' or 'Bodrum Merkez'. Once you reach the central bus stop in Bodrum, disembark and walk towards the marina. From the marina, follow the directions previously mentioned for walking to Bodrum Castle.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi to Bodrum Castle. Just tell the driver 'Bodrum Kalesi' or show them the address: 'Çarşı, Kale Cd., 48400 Bodrum/Muğla.' The taxi will drop you off at the entrance of the castle, making it a comfortable choice if you're carrying bags or traveling with family.
