If you are at the Bursa City Center, head to the nearest tram station, which is likely the 'Şehirlerarası Otobüs Terminali' tram stop. Board the tram heading towards 'T2' direction. Get off at the 'Osmangazi' stop. From there, walk straight along Uzunçarşı Street for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Koza Han on your right.
