If you are near the Bursa Grand Mosque (Ulu Camii), you can walk to the Floating Stone Statue. Start from the mosque and head east on Atatürk Caddesi for about 1 kilometer. Turn left on Altıparmak Cad. and continue walking straight for another 500 meters. The Floating Stone Statue will be on your left after you pass several shops and cafes.

You can easily find a taxi in Bursa. Tell the driver to take you to 'Muradiye, Altıparmak Cad.' The ride from the city center should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
