From Canakkale city center, head to the main bus terminal (Otogar) located at the northern part of the city. You can either walk or take a taxi to reach there. Once at the terminal, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Eceabat. Buses to Eceabat run frequently throughout the day. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. After arriving in Eceabat, you will need to walk to the ferry terminal located nearby.

Once you disembark at Kilitbahir, you will have to walk towards the road leading to Bigalı. The castle is approximately 4 kilometers away from the ferry terminal.
