If you are starting from Göreme, take the local bus from the Göreme Bus Station to Avanos. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Avanos, get off at the main bus station. From there, you can take a local minibus (dolmuş) towards Çavuşin. The dolmuşes run frequently and will drop you off near the Çavuşin village entrance.

From the drop-off point at the entrance of Çavuşin village, walk straight into the village. You will see signs directing you towards Çavuşin Church. The church is located about a 10-15 minute walk from the entrance of the village. Follow the path leading up towards the rocky formations; the church is situated on the hillside and is visible from a distance.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Göreme. Take the road towards Avanos and follow the signs to Çavuşin. The ride is approximately 5 kilometers from Avanos to Çavuşin, which will take you about 20-30 minutes depending on your cycling speed. Once you arrive at Çavuşin, park your bicycle at a designated area and walk towards the church.
