From the center of Kusadasi, head to the main bus terminal, known as 'Otogar'. You can walk there from anywhere in the city center in about 10-15 minutes. Once at the terminal, look for buses heading towards Milas. Purchase your ticket to Milas, and board the bus. The journey will take approximately 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Milas, you can take a local minibus (dolmuş) towards Kapıkırı. The minibus ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at Herakleia.

From the center of Kusadasi, you can also opt for a shared taxi to Milas. Head to a taxi stand or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. The shared taxi will take you directly to Milas and costs a bit more than the bus but is faster, taking around 45 minutes. Once in Milas, you can take a local minibus (dolmuş) towards Kapıkırı, which will take another 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver for Herakleia.
