Car

From the center of Caria, take the D300 highway towards Nevşehir. After approximately 50 km, take the exit toward Uçhisar. Follow the signs for Uçhisar Castle, which will lead you through the village. The castle is located at Tekelli, 50240 Uçhisar/Nevşehir. Parking is available near the entrance, which may incur a small fee (around 10 TL).

Public Transportation

If you are using public transport, take a bus from your location in Caria to the town of Nevşehir. From Nevşehir bus station, you can catch a local minibus (dolmuş) to Uçhisar. The minibus ride takes about 15-20 minutes and costs around 10 TL. Once you arrive in Uçhisar, follow the signs or ask locals to direct you to Uchisar Castle, which is a short walk from the minibus stop.

Walking

If you are already in the village of Uçhisar, Uchisar Castle is within walking distance from most locations in the village. Simply head towards the center of Uçhisar and follow the signs leading to the castle. The path is well-marked and the walk only takes about 15-20 minutes from the village square.
