From Çeşme, head southeast on the D300 road towards İzmir. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the town of Alaçatı. From there, follow signs for the Çeşme Marina. As you approach the marina, keep an eye out for the signposts leading to the Castle of Chios. The castle is located on the opposite side of the Aegean Sea in Chios, Greece. You'll need to park your car at the marina and take a ferry to Chios. Ferries operate frequently, and tickets cost around 15-20 EUR per person one-way. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes.

To reach the Castle of Chios from Çeşme via public transportation, start by taking a local bus from the Çeşme bus terminal to Çeşme Marina. Once at the marina, purchase a ferry ticket to Chios. Buses run every 30 minutes, and the fare is around 5-10 TRY. The ferry tickets can be purchased at the terminal, costing about 15-20 EUR. After approximately 30 minutes on the ferry, you will arrive in Chios. From the Chios port, you can walk or take a taxi to the Castle of Chios, which is about a 15-minute journey.
