If you are driving from the center of Commagene, head southeast on the D300 highway. Continue on the D300 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Tatvan. Parking is available near the lake, and there might be a small fee for parking, so keep some cash handy.

Start at the main bus station in Commagene and take a bus to Tatvan. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Tatvan, you can find local dolmuş (minibus) services that will take you to Lake Nemrut. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Lake Nemrut. The minibus ride may take an additional 30 minutes. Ensure you have some Turkish Lira for the bus fare, typically around 20-30 TL.

Taxi
