Car
If you're driving from the center of Didim, head southeast on Atatürk Boulevard toward Menderes Street. Continue straight for approximately 2 kilometers. You will see signs for Didyma on your right. Turn right onto the D525 highway and follow the signs for Didyma. After about 5 kilometers, take the exit for Didyma. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Didyma site. Parking is available nearby, and there may be a small fee for parking.
Public Transportation
To reach Didyma via public transportation from the center of Didim, look for a dolmuş (shared minibus) heading to Didyma. These minibuses depart from the main bus station in Didim. The ride takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Didyma, the entrance to the archaeological site is within walking distance. Follow the signs towards Didyma, which is well marked. The fare for the dolmuş is usually around 10-15 Turkish Lira.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from Didim to Didyma, it’s about a 6-kilometer trek that will take you approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Start from the center of Didim and head southeast toward the D525 highway. Follow the road signs directing you to Didyma. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as it can get hot, especially in the summer months.
