Walking
From Selçuk city center, head southwest on Cumhuriyet Boulevard towards Atatürk Boulevard. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. As you approach the Efes Harabeleri (Ephesus Ruins), follow the signs directing you towards the entrance. Hercules Gate is located within the archaeological site, and you will see it shortly after entering. The gate is clearly marked and is a well-known landmark.

Public Transport
From Selçuk city center, you can take a minibus (dolmuş) heading to the Ephesus Ruins. The minibus depot is located near the Selçuk bus station. Board the dolmuş and tell the driver you are going to Efes (Ephesus). The ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you arrive, exit the minibus, and follow the signs to Hercules Gate, which is located within the archaeological site.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Selçuk. Head west on Atatürk Boulevard and then take a left onto the road leading to Ephesus. It is approximately a 3-kilometer ride. Follow the signs towards Efes Harabeleri.
