If you are in the center of Selçuk, head east on Atatürk Boulevard towards the Ephesus Museum. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with 2040. Sk. Turn right onto 2040. Sk and walk for about 200 meters. The İsa Bey Mosque will be on your right, just before the 2040. Sk. no:2 address.

From Selçuk bus station, take a local dolmuş (minibus) heading towards İsa Bey or Selçuk Center. The ride will take about 5 minutes. Get off at the İsa Bey stop, which is right near the mosque. Walk a short distance (about 50 meters) down 2040. Sk, and you will see İsa Bey Mosque on your left.
