Walking
Start at the main entrance of Ephesus Ancient City. Head east towards the Library of Celsus. Keep walking straight until you reach the end of the ancient site. Once you exit the site, turn left and walk along the main road. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach a small intersection. Turn right at the intersection and continue walking for another 10 minutes. You will see signs directing you to St. Mary's Cathedral. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the cathedral entrance.

Public Transport
From the Ephesus Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop located just outside the museum. Take bus number 5 towards Selçuk. After approximately 5 stops, get off at the Selçuk bus station. From there, you can take a short 10-minute walk. Exit the bus station and head south on Atatürk Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Şehit Arslan Street. Turn left and walk straight until you see St. Mary's Cathedral on your right.

If you are renting a bicycle, start at the Ephesus Ancient City entrance. Cycle east towards the Library of Celsus, then continue straight until you exit the ancient site. After exiting, keep cycling straight for approximately 2 kilometers along the main road. You will find signs pointing towards St. Mary's Cathedral. Follow those signs, and you will reach the cathedral.
