If you are starting from the Ephesus Archaeological Museum, exit the museum and head southeast on Atatürk Boulevard. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the main entrance of the Ephesus ruins. From the entrance, follow the signs to the ancient city of Ephesus. Once inside, walk towards the Library of Celsus; The State Agora is located to the northwest of the library. Look for the pathways that lead to the Agora, which is marked with informational signs.
