Walking
If you are starting in the center of Fethiye, make your way to the main promenade along the marina. From there, head west along the waterfront towards the Çalış Beach area. Follow the promenade until you reach the main road (Çalış Plajı Road). Continue along this road for approximately 2.5 km. You will see signs indicating 'Çalış Beach' and the Bird Sanctuary. Once you reach Çalış Beach, you can enter the Bird Sanctuary area directly from the beach.

Dolmuş (minibus)
From the center of Fethiye, you can take a dolmuş (local minibus) to Çalış Beach. Look for the dolmuş that says 'Çalış' on the front. The dolmuş will stop along the main road, and the ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Çalış Beach stop, get off and walk towards the beach. The Bird Sanctuary is located at the northern end of the beach, easily accessible from there.
