From the center of Fethiye, head to the main bus station (Otogar) located near the town center. Look for the bus heading to Ölüdeniz. The buses are frequent, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Ölüdeniz, you will be dropped off close to the main beach area. From there, you can walk to Hisarönü, which is about a 20-minute walk along the coast.
