Start your journey at the Fethiye Marina, which is a central and popular location. From the marina, head southeast towards the main road (Atatürk Caddesi). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the D400 highway, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. At this point, you will see the large roundabout. Cross the road carefully to the other side where you will find a bus stop. You can take a local minibus (dolmuş) heading towards Kayaköy or Ölüdeniz, and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Kuleli viewpoint.

After being dropped off, you will likely find yourself near the intersection of the main roads. Look for signs or locals to guide you towards the Kuleli viewpoint. You will need to walk up the hill from the main road; follow the path that leads towards the hills, which is around a 20-minute uphill walk. The viewpoint is located in the Karakeçililer area, and you can use your phone's GPS to guide you to the exact coordinates (Latitude: 36.6455917, Longitude: 29.077575).
