The dolmuşes run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Ask the driver to drop you off at Ölüdeniz. Once you arrive in Ölüdeniz, walk along Atatürk Cd. until you reach the address 132F, where Reaction Paragliding is located. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes.
