If you're driving from the center of Fethiye, take the D400 highway towards Kayaköy. After about 8 kilometers, you will see signs directing you to Kayaköy. Turn left at the fork and follow the signs for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the village. The Karmylassos ruins are located just a short walk from the main road, so find parking in the village and walk towards the ruins.

From Fethiye, take a minibus (dolmuş) heading to Kayaköy. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes and costs around 10-15 Turkish Lira. Once you arrive in Kayaköy, walk towards the ruins which are approximately a 15-minute walk from the dolmuş drop-off point. Follow the signs to the Karmylassos ruins.
