Getting There

Walking
Start your journey from the center of Göreme, either from the Göreme Open Air Museum or the main square. Head east on Müze Cad. towards Aydınlı Mah. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left path that leads you towards the Red Valley. Follow the signs for the Rose Valley. After about 1 kilometer, you'll notice a trailhead on your right that leads into the Rose Valley. The entrance is marked, and you can begin your hike into the valley.

If you're near the Göreme Sunset Point, you can also access Rose Valley from there. From Sunset Point, follow the path leading down towards the valley. Continue on this trail for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the main entrance of Rose Valley. This route will offer you stunning views of the unique rock formations along the way.
