    From Ionia, head towards the city of Rize. You can take the D010 road, which is well-marked and provides a scenic drive through the lush landscapes of the region. Once you reach Rize, follow the signs for Çamlıhemşin. After passing through Çamlıhemşin, continue on the road until you reach the village of Yukarışimşirli. The Ayder Plateau is approximately 19 km from Çamlıhemşin. Look for signs to Kaplıca; the plateau is located at Kaplıca, 53780 Yukarışimşirli/Çamlıhemşin/Rize. Note that parking is available near the plateau, but there may be a small fee.

    From Ionia, you can take a bus to Rize. Buses frequently run from major towns in Ionia to Rize's main bus terminal. Once in Rize, transfer to a minibus (dolmuş) heading towards Çamlıhemşin. Make sure to confirm that the dolmuş goes to Ayder Plateau. Upon reaching Çamlıhemşin, you may need to switch to another dolmuş that specifically goes to the Ayder Plateau, which is about 19 km from there. Ask the driver to drop you off at the plateau.
