Getting There

Car
If you are driving from the center of Isauria, head southeast on the main road towards Kaş. Follow the signs for Kaş and continue on the D400 highway for approximately 40 km. After entering Kaş, follow signs for Patara, which will lead you to the village of Gelemiş. The ruins are located just outside the village. Parking is available near the entrance, and there may be a small fee for parking.

Public Transportation
To reach Patara Ruins using public transport, start by taking a bus from Isauria to Kaş. Buses frequently run between these locations and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once in Kaş, you can take a minibus (dolmuş) to Gelemiş (about 20 minutes). The minibus will drop you off at the village center, from where you can walk to the ruins, which are about a 15-minute walk from the village. Be sure to check the schedule for the return trip, as minibuses may have limited service.
