If you are near Taksim Square, head to the Taksim Tram Station. Take the T2 tram line towards Kabataş. Once you arrive at the Kabataş stop, exit the tram and walk straight ahead. You will see the Dolmabahçe Mosque on your right side after crossing the street.

From Taksim Square, you can take the bus number 28 or 28A from the bus stop located near the Taksim Mosque. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach the 'Dolmabahçe' bus stop. Once you get off, walk down Meclis-i Mebusan Street, and you will find the Dolmabahçe Mosque on your left.
